Delete your account & data
Fitlist 500 (app & website, developer: Fitlist 500) lets you delete your account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app
- Open the Fitlist 500 app or website and sign in.
- Go to Profile (from the menu at the top).
- Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately and you are signed out.
If you pay for a subscription, cancel it first on the Subscription page.
Option 2 — ask us to delete it
Email Support@fitlist500.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually within 7 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted permanently
- Your login and email address
- Profile details: display name, bio, age, gender, location, profile photo
- Level progress, completion history, badges and wildcard history
- Community posts, uploaded photos, likes and friend connections
- Training programme credits and usage records
- Identity verification status held in your profile
Retained for a limited period
- Payment and invoice records held by our payment provider (Stripe), kept for up to 7 years where tax and accounting law requires it.
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that can no longer identify you.
- Backups containing deleted data are rotated out within 30 days.
