1. Age Restriction (18+)
Fitlist 500 is strictly an adult-only platform. Access to the public interactive community feed requires mandatory age verification using Stripe Identity. If you fail to verify your age, your account will be immediately terminated.
2. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Paid plans (£5.99/mo and £8.99/mo) operate on an automatic rolling monthly billing cycle via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your Home page to stop future charges. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days.
3. Extra Draw Tokens (£1.99)
Virtual Extra Draw Tokens cost a one-time fee of £1.99. Once purchased, these tokens are added to your balance and never expire. All token sales are 100% final, completely non-refundable, and hold zero cash or trade value.
4. Level 500 Guarantee
To claim your 100% subscription refund upon hitting Level 500, you must follow the linear pacing rules. Any attempts to manipulate database code, skip levels, or falsify checkmark data will result in instant disqualification.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Fitlist 500 is a gamified checklist platform, not a medical or personal training service. You attempt all challenges entirely at your own risk. We hold zero liability for any injuries or health complications resulting from your workouts.
